1. Free Tier

Free tier usage does not require payment and is not subject to refunds.

2. Paid Subscriptions

All paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax collection.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We will process approved refunds within 5–10 business days through Paddle.

6. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
